How long does a typical fireplace or chimney appointment take?
Most standard inspections and cleanings take between 60–90 minutes, depending on the condition of your system and how easy it is to access. If we’re doing repairs, lining, or an installation, we’ll give you a clear time estimate in advance and keep you updated throughout the job.
Do I need to stop using my fireplace before you come?
Yes. For safety and accuracy, we ask that you do not use your fireplace or stove for at least 24 hours before your appointment. This ensures everything is cool enough for a thorough, safe inspection and cleaning.
Will there be dust or a mess in my home?
We take dust control very seriously. We use drop cloths, protective coverings, and professional-grade vacuums designed for chimney service. When we leave, your space will be as clean—or cleaner—than when we arrived.
Can you also help me upgrade or change my fireplace?
